These short terms cover this website and the PipeLine Leads lead-response system. Paid service is covered by a separate signed service agreement, which takes priority if anything here conflicts.
The service
PipeLine Leads sets up automatic replies and owner alerts for website requests, running in the plumbing shop's own Google account. It responds to requests the shop already receives. It is not advertising and does not guarantee leads, bookings or revenue. It is not an emergency dispatch service.
Free pilot
The 7-day pilot is free, needs no card and never turns into a paid plan automatically.
Prices
Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change for new customers. Founding Member pricing is locked as described on the home page. Planned features are in development and are not promised by a date.
Your responsibilities
Use the system only for genuine customer requests, keep your Google account secure, and honor customers who ask to stop emails.
Third-party services
The system depends on Google services (Forms, Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script) and your website host. Their outages, limits (for example Gmail's daily sending limit) and terms are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
