No real leads in your first 30 paid days? Your first month comes back.
If the system doesn't capture a single genuine new customer request in your first 30 paid days, we refund (or credit) your first monthly fee. Spam, tests and duplicates don't count. Setup and tool costs aren't included, and we can't promise jobs or revenue. Your signed agreement has the details.

Good questions.
Is the 7-day pilot really free?
Yes. No card, no automatic charge. We just ask for a short feedback chat at the end. A testimonial is optional, and nothing is published without your written OK.
Do I need a new website or tech skills?
No. We build it for you. You click one link, press Set up, then Allow. That's it. We add a “Request a plumber” button to your website for you (or send it to whoever runs your site). We never ask for your passwords.
Will this bring more visitors to my site?
No. It's not ads or SEO. It helps you answer the requests you already get, fast.
I already use Jobber or have a receptionist.
Check what you have first. If it already answers web requests fast and follows up, you may not need us. We won't sell you a duplicate.
Does my phone get a text?
Today the alert comes by email. Turn on email notifications and tap to call from the alert. Text alerts are in development.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. Every finished job gets the same friendly review request. We never filter or push for positive reviews.
Who owns the data, and can I cancel?
You do, and yes. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice (the no-setup plan has a 6-month minimum). We hand over your records and remove our access.
