PipeLine Leads ("we") is a small independent business that sets up instant lead replies for owner-run plumbing shops. This page explains what information we handle and how. Questions: hello@getpipelineleads.com.

This website has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.

The lead-response system for plumbing shops

Our system runs inside the plumbing shop's own Google account, using a Google Form, a Google Sheet and Google Apps Script that the shop owns. When a homeowner submits the shop's request form, their details (name, phone, email, service address, the job they need, urgency and their message) are saved in the shop's Google Sheet. The system then emails the homeowner a confirmation, emails the shop owner an alert (with tap-to-call and map links), and can send one follow-up email and a review request to homeowners who ticked the email box.

Google account permissions and how they are used

When the shop owner presses Set up, Google asks them to allow the system to:

• See and edit its own spreadsheet: to save each request and its status in the shop's Lead sheet.
• Create and manage the shop's request form: to build the form homeowners fill in and read its answers.
• Send email as the shop: to send the confirmation, owner alert, follow-up and review request. It does not read the shop's inbox.
• Run on a schedule: to send follow-ups and the weekly summary on time.
• Show menus in the spreadsheet and see the owner's email address: so only the owner can run setup and tests.
• Connect to outside services: only to send an optional Telegram alert to the owner if they turn it on.

Data obtained through Google's services is used only to provide these features to the shop. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who owns the data

The plumbing shop owns its customers and its lead records, and can export or delete them at any time from its own Google account. We never sell, rent or share lead records, and we never market to a shop's customers unless they separately opt in. If a shop's signed service agreement includes it, we keep a secure copy of lead records (contact details, job type, dates, status) for support, record keeping and anonymized combined statistics, for up to 3 years after the service ends, and then delete it.

Homeowners

If you submitted a request to a plumbing shop that uses our system, your details belong to that shop. Contact the shop directly to change or delete them, or reply "stop" to any email to stop further emails. You can also email us and we will pass your request to the shop.

Security

Lead sheets stay private to the shop's Google account. We never ask for passwords. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a problem affecting a shop's data, we will tell the shop promptly.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
